What's Inside?
In your vOffice portal, you get to check your mails received, call logs, booking and checking for availability in our meeting room facilities and workstations, account subscription and other features that you'll surely need.
Call Control
You can modify how you want your calls to be handled - SMS or e-mail notification for caller's information and contact persons for call forwarding. You can check on the "question mark" icon to preview your settings and to guide you what to do.
Mail Management
This feature allows you to check your uncollected mails. Plus, you can decide which notification method will be used to inform you. Mail forwarding instruction is also available for your mails to be sent to the correct postal address.
Booking History
Your previous bookings of our facilities are recorded. Thus, giving you a review in case you need it to.
Booking of facilities
Now you can book the meeting room in either of our branches. You can check the availability and get confirmation right in an instant.
