GUIDELINES

Clients are responsible for leaving meeting and conference rooms and event spaces in good order after use including:
  • Set up and special arrangements of chairs and tables are the responsibility of the client and shall be advised to the person in-charge ahead of time.
  • Proper disposal of trash in receptacles available in the room. If there is none, kindly ask for assistance. A special cleaning fee of P1,000.00 or damage caused to any facility or equipment will be charged to the company or person reserving the room.
  • Nothing may be taped or affixed to any part of the room unless previously arranged. Be mindful of your belongings. vOffice will not be liable for any loss client may incur while using the corporate rooms and/or spaces.
  • Report any spills immediately to staff in the Administrative office.
  • A fee of P150.00 shall be charged for every additional chair beyond the stated maximum no. of pax Additional charge for projector and/or Smart TV at P300/each

FAQs

Wireless Internet Connection for all participants is included in the charges.
Yes, we have spare capacity in most sites. Please talk to your Account Manager to have a temporary dedicated connection setup. Additional fees may apply.
You're not allowed to rearrange the table and chairs in the meeting/conference room. We can however arrange for special setup such as a seminar setup, classroom setup etc prior to your usage. Please contact your Account Manager if you have such requirements.
There are usually public car parks around the vicinity of our buildings. Please talk to your Account Manager or our Front Desk for the best recommendation.
Simply call the attention of our Front Desk to have your free coffee, tea or filtered drinking water served or refilled.
Definitely! Our Front Desk will gladly assist you with this.
Please inform our Front Desk as early as possible and they will do their best to accommodate your request. Do however be aware that sometimes, extension is just not possible because there is a back to back bookings after your original booking time.

Our Executive Assistant can help you with various tasks such as meals ordering, printing, arranging document delivery and etc. Feel free to approach one of us for assistance.

Concierge is a billable service and it cost only PHP100 every 20 minutes.
